The availability of your NEXUS / LAB IT system is critical to your business. It is important that downtimes are prevented or reduced to a minimum. Valuable hours or even days often pass between the detection and the manual notification of a fault. Identifying the cause of the fault within increasingly complex IT landscapes delays the process of finding a solution even further.
The integrated NEXUS / LAB system monitoring addresses exactly these issues. Imminent problems can be eliminated before they occur. The time taken to resolve a problem is reduced to a minimum, as our support staff can start working on the problem before they are even notified by phone, as the system identifies the likely cause of the problem. The need for your senders to notify you that the diagnosis interface is down is therefore a thing of the past. All notifications are visualized live on our central support dashboard. All business-critical applications, interfaces to senders and hospitals, the server and network hardware as well as data backup are identified, monitoring is set up and then continuously conducted by our support team.
