The HistoJet precision laser technology generates high-resolution barcodes and texts on the tissue or biopsy cassette in a matter of seconds. The print image is resistant to the strongest histology reagents and solvents and is smudge- and scratch-proof even after the paraffin has been removed. No inks, UV flashlights, dot matrix print heads or ribbons are required.
The HistoPrint precision print technology, on the other hand, generates high-resolution barcodes and texts on slides. The print image is resistant to the most aggressive histology reagents and solvents such as xylene and alcohol. Thanks to the robust printing mechanism, the HistoPrint is designed for high throughput volumes over a long period. The slides are even automatically cleaned prior to printing.
