Employees from 33 nations work daily on our common goal: to facilitate medical care in the 21st century. A task that can only be accomplished as a team and with the use of various competencies. That is why our employees work together in interdisciplinary teams on specific topics.

Whether software developers, project managers or sales employees, here at NEXUS, every employee has the same opportunity to develop. Thanks to a strength-based personnel development approach and due to our flat hierarchies, our employees can therefore develop quickly in their job or their specialist area, but we also support development in areas of responsibility outside the specialist area.
